Ingredients

500g lamb mince¼ cup pistachios1 tbsp. cumin1 tbsp. corianderpinch of saltcrack of pepper1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion salt1 bunch mint1 bunch flat leaf parsley½ red onion, slicedJuice of ½ lemon6 hot dog bunsAmerican mustard

Ingredients

Combine lamb, pistachios, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion salt in a bowl, massage with hands. Once combined, shape the mince around the skewer into a hotdog shape and place on the Oz Pig Grill Plate until cooked through.

Make the salad by combining mint, parsley, red onion and lemon juice in a bowl. Place the salad in sliced hot dog buns followed by the lamb bratwurst, top with American mustard.
