Our Roadside Plus road side assistance package is available for an extra cost of $144.95 per year including GST, and is designed to support the needs of 4WDs.

As a part of our 4WD road side assistance, your coverage includes towing, delivery of fuel if you run out of fuel, flat battery assistance, flat tyre assistance and up to $250.00 toward the cost of transporting your spare keys to you, or a locksmith to attend your vehicle if you lock your keys in the car or lose them. T&Cs apply.

In Australia, roadside assistance and recovery services both address vehicle issues but serve different purposes:

1. Roadside Assistance:

Aimed at addressing minor mechanical problems directly on the roadside. Common services include jump-starting batteries, changing flat tires, fuel delivery, and lockout assistance. Typically, these services are offered as part of car insurance policies or by motoring clubs as a subscription-based service.

2. Off-Road Recovery:

With $1,500 automatically included in every 4X4, Caravan and Camper Trailer policy & upgrades to $15,000 or $30,000 available, our off-road recovery cover gives peace of mind to even the most remote travellers. At Club 4X4, our Off-Road Recovery Cover can be used if you get bogged, have a mechanical failure or are otherwise stuck off-road, but not as a result of an insured event.
