Terms and Conditions Roadside Assistance offer

The promoter of this Offer is Club 4X4 Pty Ltd (Club 4X4), AR 1235616 of Lifestyle Insurance Group Pty Ltd (Lifestyle) AFSL 246937.

The Offer

Quote a new Club 4X4 Comprehensive 4X4 Insurance policy between 12:01am AEDT on 1 November 2024 and 11:59pm AEDT on 30 November 2024 (Offer Period), and you will be able to select and include “Roadside Assistance” to receive 12 months of Club 4X4 Roadside Plus roadside assistance included with the cost of your comprehensive policy (Offer). Quote must be completed within the Offer Period. Purchase of Quote must be completed before Quote expiry date.

Club 4X4 Roadside Plus roadside assistance is normally $144.95 per year and is sold as an optional extra on Club 4X4 insurance policies. Club 4X4 Roadside Plus roadside assistance is provided by Digicall. Please note that roadside assistance weight limits apply for vehicles, trailers and caravans and additional roadside assistance limits and exclusions apply. Upon expiry of your Club 4X4 Comprehensive 4X4 Insurance Policy we will issue you a renewal offer including the Club 4X4 Roadside Plus roadside assistance optional extra for an additional premium.

Excluded customers and policies

This Offer is not available to existing Club 4X4 Comprehensive Insurance policies, including renewals, any other Club 4X4 insurance products or to any Club 4X4 Comprehensive 4X4 Insurance policies purchased outside of the Offer Period.

How to take up the Offer

To take up the Offer you must select “Add Cover” for “Roadside Assistance” during your quote. If you do not, then you will not receive the Offer.

Our Roadside Plus road side assistance product costs $144.95 per year including GST and is tailored to suit 4WDs.

As a part of our 4WD road side assistance, your coverage includes towing, delivery of fuel if you run out of fuel, flat battery assistance, flat tyre assistance and up to $250.00 toward the cost of transporting your spare keys to you, or a locksmith to attend your vehicle if you lock your keys in the car or lose them.
